Scratch Project

 Today in class we had cybersmart. If you don't know what cybersmart is it's a subject where we learn how to use our chromebooks and how to be safe online, but today we were learning on how to code using a site called scratch. Scratch is a site for people mostly children on how to code and make games. I really enjoyed this project. It was kind of difficult to adjust because I haven't used scratch for a while. I was really excited when my teacher said we had cybersmart because we haven't had cybersmart for a while. If you play my game all the stars will do different things

Today in my class we had Cyber smart we always have cyber smart every week but sometimes we don't, my cyber smart teacher is Mrs Torrie. Every Week we have cybersmart we learn something new.

My Before and After

Last week in my class we were doing before a after  templates  on google drawing  I really think I did good on my template, most of my classmates had improvement. The next time I might do a before and after template I would like to extend my ideas and extending my writing.

While I was doing my writing I didn't really know I will make an improvement. I had a lot of fun because I loved talking about jellyfish. The reason why I loved talking about jelly was because I learnt a lot of facts and I learnt that there is a jelly fish named  Cauliflower jellyfish  because it looked exactly like a piece of Cauliflower.         

Kawa of Care Review T3

A month ago my class were learning about how to take care of our chromebook. We watched a video and the video reminded us about how to treat a Chromebook correctly. We learnt not to stack stuff on it and not eat buy it and other stuff too that can be bad for our Chromebook.

We  even made a slide called room 3 series SMS kawa of care review term 3 2020. Our Kawa of care is like a contract for the class and everyone signs the contract and tries to obey it.  If they don't obey the Kawa of care they go to reflection / detention for 30 minute at lunchtime .

On my slide show I learned how to use explore, speech bubbles, replace image and  use camera.

About Me

Hi my name is Arcangela, I come from Tonga but I was born in Samoa. My dad is Tongan and my mum is Samoan. I am a year 5 and I go to Saint Mary's in Gisborne. I live with my brother, mother and father.

I love ice cream. I am good at soccer and my goals for this year are to be a good role model and a class captain.                                             

This year I am looking forward to the camp at the end of the year and I want to get a lot of awards in sports and in school.
